Wall Crew Member
Cornerstone Contracting is hiring dependable crew members for our poured wall team. Responsibilities include setting wall forms, assisting with concrete pours, and stripping forms once the concrete has set. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and able to lift heavy materials. No experience necessary—we’re willing to train individuals who are motivated and ready to learn. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability are a must. Footing Crew Member
Cornerstone Contracting is seeking hardworking individuals to join our footing crew. Duties include setting up form boards, helping with concrete pours, and stripping form boards once the concrete has cured. The role requires physical labor, working in outdoor conditions, and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with a team. Truck Driver
Cornerstone Contracting is hiring a dependable truck driver to handle the transport and setup of aluminum wall forms. Responsibilities include operating a forklift to load forms onto flatbed trucks, delivering them to job sites, and laying out the site for the wall crew. A valid Class B CDL is required; Class A is a plus. Candidates should be able to perform physical labor and work independently on active construction sites. Forklift experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of our wall crew operations.
Truck Driver / Crane Operator
Cornerstone Contracting is looking for an experienced truck driver with crane operation skills to join our team. This role involves loading aluminum wall forms with a forklift, delivering them to job sites, and laying out the site for the wall crew. Additionally, the position includes operating a Palfinger crane to boom racks of forms into the hole for placement. A valid Class B CDL is required; Class A is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor and operating heavy equipment. Crane experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
